Ms Jacqueline Phillips
Jacqueline is a dynamic facilitator with experience in conducting offline and in-person workshops for adults of various backgrounds and experiences. Jacqueline has helped bring students from kindergarten, primary and secondary schools in Singapore through the process of invention education to have an impact on the world around them. Jacqueline believes in empowering students through the invention and innovation mindset . Jacqueline Phillips has over 16 years of experience in the education and training field. She enjoys outdoor sports and adventures with her family in her free time.

Ms Nancy Soon
Nancy Soon is a technopreneur and STEMIE® Train-the-Trainer instructor with over 21 years in education. As co-founder of IDE Academy, she has trained thousands of students and educators across Singapore and internationally. She is also the founder of non-profit organization STEMIE Advantages, which is part of the Temasek Shophouse Impact Collective.
Nancy specialises in invention education, entrepreneurship and communication skills, supporting schools and teachers in delivering impactful, innovation-focused programmes.
Nancy believes in laying the foundation to critical thinking, invention education and communication skills during every child’s school career. She conducts workshops for educators on invention education and entrepreneurship, continues to mentor and guides them in their facilitation of the program in their schools and centres. Over the past 21 years, Nancy has taught and trained more than 6,000 students and at least 500 teachers in Australia, America, China, South Korea, Indonesia and Singapore.
Nancy holds a Bachelors of Science in Liberal Arts from the U.S., a Diploma in Training and Development from UK and other professional certificates – STEMIE® Certified Trainer, NFTE, ACTA, Computing, Child psychology and Helen O’Grady Master Trainer in Communications.
